Every business can receive bad reviews along with good ones. In fact, customers are more likely to trust businesses with mixed reviews rather than businesses with only good reviews. Reviews are supposed to reflect the quality of your service. But, if the review violates any of Google’s policies, there are ways you can take it down.
The best way to remove a bad review from Google is by directly asking the reviewer to remove it. If it is false or promotes any kind of violence, you can request Google to remove the review. You can do this by flagging the review and filling out a form.
